Anxiety doesn't RSVP.
It can appear at any time in any place, to anyone. Severity can also vary, it may be mild or much more severe. The hardest part is that it effects everyone differently in different situations and can therefore be hard to explain when others don't experience it in the same way as you.
This is what Panic club is for - by acknowledging that it exists to a greater or lesser extent in everyone and that we can poke fun at the idea, whilst making sure you're aware it's not just you!
Rehearsing catastrophpic scenerios at 3am? Overthinking what someone may or may not think? You're not alone and having your nervous system on high alert all the time is not fun, but our designs are :)
